manufacturing, mining, defense, pharmaceuticals,

Kent has personally coached more than 250 executives in companies
such as L-3 Communications, Denali Advisors, REVA Medical, Qualcomm,
Caterpillar/Solar Turbines, Veridiam and Arena Pharmaceuticals where his highly
personalized coaching process enabled those executives to achieve
consistently higher levels of individual and organizational performance.
A graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management
(Thunderbird) and the University of Kansas, Kent spent his junior year at the University
of Madrid. He is proficient in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
